The first step is getting to know you and understanding your vision. You can reach out by phone, email, or through the contact form on the website. From there, we’ll schedule a free Zoom or phone consultation where we talk through your goals, your business story, and what you hope to create.
This conversation is relaxed and pressure-free — it’s simply a chance for us to dream together, ask questions, and see if Cornerstone Creative is the right fit for your needs.
After our consultation, I’ll create a customized project proposal tailored specifically to you. This includes design options, pricing details, a projected timeline, and a clear breakdown of what you can expect throughout the entire process.
Once everything looks good and you’re ready to begin, we’ll officially kick off your project!
We’ll stay in close communication the whole way, whether through email, Zoom, or FaceTime check-ins — whatever works best for you. I’ll send design drafts, gather your feedback, and make thoughtful adjustments until everything aligns with your vision. Transparency is important to me, so you’ll always know what stage your project is in and what’s coming next.

You’ll have multiple opportunities to review designs, share feedback, and request revisions until everything feels exactly right and you’re truly in love with the final result.
Once everything is approved, I’ll deliver your final files or publish your website, along with any resources you’ll need to confidently move forward. Whether you’re receiving branding materials, a full logo package, or a new website, you’ll walk away with everything you need to represent your business well.
And don’t worry — I don’t disappear after launch day! I’m always here to answer follow-up questions, help with updates, or support your business as it continues to grow.
To keep every project organized and running smoothly, full payment is required upfront before any design or consulting work begins. This helps secure your spot on my calendar and allows me to give your project my full attention from the very beginning. Cash or check is preferred for payment.
Before starting your project, you’ll also review and sign a few simple documents: the Service Agreement, the Portfolio Use Agreement, and the Payment & Revision Policy. These forms clearly outline expectations, ownership rights, and the structure of the process so we’re both protected and on the same page.
I know paperwork isn’t the glamorous part of creating a brand, but it’s an important step that ensures clarity and peace of mind for both of us. Once the paperwork is completed and payment is received, your project officially begins — and we can start bringing your vision to life with excitement and purpose.
